Prayer

Pray every way you know how, and for everyone you know. Pray especially for rulers and their governments to rule well.
1 Timothy 2:1-3 (The Message)

Sunday Services

As a church we want to be prayerful in all things. We pray together each Sunday as the church meets.

There are other times when we meet to pray to our Sovereign Lord. Perhaps you would like to become part of one or more of these prayers groups.

Prayer for the needs of the church

On the second Wednesday of each month at 8pm in the church hall we meet to pray for the needs of the church. It helps us to keep in step with God’s plans for our church, and give us an opportunity to praise God for his greatness and goodness.

Monday Morning Prayer

On the second and fourth Monday in each month from 9.30am to 10.30am we meet to pray in the church hall. We begin with a cuppa!

Friday Night Prayer Group

From 8pm to 9.15pm every Friday night we meet upstairs to pray. We do so in support of Gospel outreach and of God’s persecuted people. Amongst other things, we pray for the Church in Chains, ministry to Jewish people, and once a month we devote one evening to renewal in the Anglican church in Ireland.

Perhaps you would like to be part of these groups, or meet with a prayer triplet, or form a group? Remember, group prayer carries a rich reward.
