International

Our desire is to be a church that is involved in worldwide mission by being both a sending and receiving church. We want to continue to see people from our church involved in mission all around the world. As well as that, we want to be open to learning from our mission partners about how to spread the Gospel of Jesus in a way that is relevant, engaging, caring and radical, and to support the work of the Gospel in the wider world.

Crinken International is the group of people in our church who liaise with our overseas partners, and communicate with the larger church on mission issues.

Crinken InterNational does not solely support the work of our partners who are abroad. We also aim to give our congregation a taste and passion for what God is doing in our own country. To this end, we support local ministries, inviting them to speak in church and encouraging ourselves to get actively involved in local outreaches. To date, we have supported and been involved in Bray Youth for Christ, IFES (International Fellowship of Evangelical Students) and Teen Challenge Ireland. To this end, we are both International and National, feeling excitement for God’s Kingdom at work both home and away
