Announcement of the new minister
The trustees of Crinken Church are pleased to announce that the new minister will be Trevor Stevenson. After much discussion, interviews and prayer the trustees unanimously agreed to appoint Trevor. We believe that God’s timing was very much in this as Trevor had already planned to step aside as Director of Fields of Life before the vacancy had arisen.
Trevor is currently in Donegal and leaves for Uganda this week. His first Sunday back in Crinken is June 12th. He will take up his formal position as minister in September. A date for his institution has yet to be agreed with the Archibishop.
The Trustees would like to thank the church for their patience, support, prayer and trust over these past few months. This is an exciting new chapter. Let’s pray for Trevor and Ruth, David and Mikey, as we all set out together on where God will lead us forward.
